and BTMQ® series of BCI Enterprise Certifications
for BPO organizations are gradually gaining in demand
in most BPO hotspots worldwide. These certifications

The BCI Service Delivery and Talent Systems Audit Groups
(SSAG and TSAG) play the role of lead facilitators and
external Audit and Implementation Partners conduct business,
marketing and implementation activities in tandem with
the SSAG and TSAG.
