Talent Management Quality Certification for
BPO Enterprises

TThe BCI Talent Management Quality certification BTMQ™ is awarded to enterprises showing compliance to the TMMS – Talent Management Master Standards, Release 2.0, which promulgates Talent Management excellence along 10 different nodes. The audits and other baseline data-collection and evaluation exercises are conducted, managed and controlled by the worldwide Shared Services network of the CredForce worldwide network, of which BCI is a member-organization.

During audit exercises of clients’ talent management systems, BTMQ™ auditors deploy the PRIDEScan methodology to understand how the “talent management (TM) quality drivers” within a “node” are manifested in the organization’s talent management practices and what has been done by the organization to ensure that these “TM quality drivers” keep changing in their complexion to remain relevant to the demands of the client-organization’s current and future employees, workforce and workplace environment. The PRIDEScan audits also seek to measure how well these “TM quality drivers” remain matched to the impacts on values that the organization creates for its employees and clients how effectively have these excellence drivers been diffused vertically and horizontally across the organization. In the last leg, the PRIDEScan audits study the client-organization’s efforts, initiatives, systems and processes to understand what has been “deliberately and consciously” done to ensure that these “TM quality drivers” within a talent management excellence node keep continuously “evolving” in tandem with changes happening in society, lifestyle, economy technology and talent management quality expectations of end-customers.

The BTMQ™ series – or the BTMQ™ family – includes two variants – BTMQ-07™ and BTMQ-10™ – applicable for BPO enterprises across service specialization and of all sizes and types.
